LISA UHL, MS, NP-C, CRNP-PMH
Lisa is a Board Certified Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She is dually certified in both Adult Internal Medicine and Family Psychiatry. She has over 25 years of professional experience in the medical field and holds a Master of Science degree from University of Maryland in Adult Medicine and a Post-Masters from Johns Hopkins University in Family Psychiatry. She treats ages 6 - adult with a wide variety of mental health issues. Some of her specialties include medication management, ADHD, depression, anxiety/panic, bipolar, insomnia, and eating disorders/weight management as well as bereavement counseling.

SUSAN HAGELMAN, PMHNP-BC
Susan is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. She is passionate about providing holistic, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to patients across the lifespan with a variety of mental health conditions including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia. Susan possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients and families by using a Humanistic Approach while incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She follows evidence-based guidelines in addition to having nearly eight years of psychiatric nursing clinical experience in the acute hospital setting. As a PMHNP, Susan’s role is multifaceted, including performing mental health assessment and diagnoses, educator, mental health advocacy, therapy, medication management, and interdisciplinary referrals as needed. Susan values an individualistic, holistic, and patient-centered approach to meet the needs of her clients.

Karen R Callen, LCSW-C
Karen is a Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical. She has over 35 years of professional experience as a therapist in a variety of settings including schools and outpatient mental health. She has a Masters Degree of Social Work from The University of Maryland, Baltimore specializing in families and children. She treats all ages with a wide variety of mental health issues using individual psychotherapy for child/adolescent and adults as well as play therapy for children.
